Tightrope Interactive, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic, full-time, on-site Mid-Level Web Designer to join our tight-knit team of online media and marketing professionals in our downtown San Francisco, California offices (near Union Square, and BART/MUNI).

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in Graphic Arts Design or a related field, and 3-5 years of online marketing experience.

Candidates should have an online portfolio demonstrating creative prowess, be proactive and self-motivated, highly organized, and posses excellent time-management and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and changing priorities.

Must have knowledge of:

• Photoshop
• CSS based design and HTML5
• WordPress and/or other CMS systems
• Online Advertising and Lead Generation
• User Experience principles and how to effectively incorporate them into page design

Desired Experience:

• Flash Animation
• Creating online advertising banners that work
• Social Media Design
• Illustrator

*Bonus points if you can debug issues related to campaign trafficking and tracking!

This is a full-time position that requires candidates to work on-site in downtown San Francisco.
